About Hackensack
Hackensack is one of the largest cities in Bergen County featuring close to 44,000 people as of 2006. It is also home to the Bergen County Courthouse. There is lots of public transportation including three train lines and numerous bus lines. You will also find many restaurants and shopping areas along Route 4 which passes through the city. Unlike a lot of Bergen County, renters will find more apartment building rentals in Hackensack, along with two family and one family apartments for rent. Fairleigh Dickinson University and the New Jersey Naval museum are also located within the city.
