Haledon is an active suburban town made up of moderately priced one, two and three family houses and condo rentals. You will find a lot of shops and businesses along Haledon Ave. There is one elementary school for Kindergarten thru 8th grade. For high school the students attend Manchester Regional. It is located in Haledon and shared with North Haledon and Prospect Park.
